AMHERST MEDIA UNVEILS NEW DESIGN FOR PROPOSED MEDIA CENTER

The public is invited to join Amherst Media and Gillen Collaborative Architects when they unveil their new design ideas for the proposed Amherst Media Center, planned for 400 Main Street at the intersection of Gray and Main.  A public viewing is scheduled for Wednesday July 24, from 5-6 PM at the current studios of Amherst Media at 246 College Street, Amherst. On display will be new design sketches and a presentation on the “neighborhood massing model”.   The public is invited to offer questions and suggestions.   2. wishin there was a link or a reference btwn Hilda’s comment and Michael’s piece as this makes no sense to me…am following the anti-Amherst Media stuff as that seems discriminatory. Let’s get it built. Ele co is pullin their lease in a coupla months…no place for their move~
