AMHERST LEAGUE OF WOMEN VOTERS PLANS CANDIDATE FORUM ON OCTOBER 28

In preparation for the November 5 town elections, the Amherst League of Women Voters will hold a Candidates Forum on Monday, October 28, at the Bangs Center from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Candidates for Jones Library Trustees, who are all running unopposed, will introduce themselves and answer one question from the moderator. Those vying for School Committee positions will introduce themselves and be asked two questions by the moderator. There will not be an opportunity for the audience to pose questions during the forum. Amherst Media will film the event.
