Classes Offered For First Time Home Buyers

The Valley Community Development Corporation (Valley CDC) is offering a series of online classes for first time home buyers in coming weeks. Participants will learn from local professionals and bankers about what to expect as one goes through the process of preparing to purchase a home. Participants will have the chance to ask specific questions about their own situation or needs, and get tips for negotiating the homebuying process.
The cost is $50 for two people in the same household for the set of three workshops. The workshops are being held via Zoom on weekday evenings from 6-9 p.m. and are open to everyone.
