Letter: No Zoning Changes During The Pandemic

Editor’s note: The following  letter was sent to the Planning Board on February 16, 2021.

No significant changes to zoning in town should be made until after the pandemic recedes to the point that meetings can be held and public comment offered in person, without the difficulties and distractions associated with a public health crisis.

  1. Publicly I will agree – yes let’s wait. Privately I would say to you that the people driving these zoning changes are not listening to public comment anyway.
