The public is invited to a ribbon cutting to mark the opening of the new Kendrick Park Playground. The ceremony will be held on Thursday August 24 at 10:30 a.m at the Kendrick Playground, 50 East Pleasant Street in Downtown Amherst. Remarks will be made by Amherst Town Council President Lynn Griesemer and Town Manager Paul Bockelman.
