THIS Monday, November 22, 2021, Amherst Cinema invites you to Play It Forward! Celebrate the Cinema’s 15th Anniversary with a day of community conversation and FREE films. Whether you are a first-time visitor, a regular, or somewhere in between, all are welcome!
Community Conversation and Reflection (10 a.m.)
An in-theater community conversation about Amherst Cinema’s first 15 years, the next 15, and beyond. This lively and intimate discussion will be led by Yasmin Chin Eisenhauer, Executive Director, and George Myers, General Manager and Programmer, with a special guest appearance by Carol M. Johnson, Founding Executive Director. Light refreshments will be served. Doors open at 9:40 am. Please note current health and safety protocols.
Free Films All Day!
Enjoy a movie (or two or more) on the house! As a gift to the community, films will be free of charge all day.

Tickets for the 11/22 free screenings will be available the day of on a first-come, first-served basis. Tickets are available at the box office only (not online). It’s recommended guests arrive at least 20 minutes before showtime to account for health and safety verifications and to avoid delays. Please note current health and safety protocols.
