Friday Poolside Movie Postponed Due To Weather. Evening Concert On The Common Cancelled

Cocoon, the second and final film in the poolside movie series at the Mill River Pool, scheduled for Friday August 5, has been postponed to a later date due to the weather. The event is sponsored by the Amherst Senior Center and the Amherst Recreation Department. The Indy will post the rescheduled date when it becomes available.
The Free Summer Music Series on the Town Common scheduled for Friday evening, August 5 has been cancelled due to weather. The concluding concert on Friday August 12 is planned to go on as scheduled.
