ARMS Staff And Students Kick Off Pride Month

Staff and students at Amherst Regional Middle School ended the school week and kicked off Pride Month with a march around the middle school on Friday June 2. Everyone was decked out in beads, flags, fans, and rainbow colors! The parade ended in Zumba dancing led by Aimee Salmon of Africana Dance and Fitness, and the distribution of popsicles for all.  The celebration started with this slideshow, shown in all advisories this week, explaining the history and meaning of Pride Month.
