Pioneer Valley Folklore Society’s December Song and Story Swap will feature a winter/holiday singalong. The event will be held at First Church, 165 Main Street, from 7-9 p.m. on Saturday December 7. The Song & Story Swap is open to members of the public of all ages. Admission is free with a suggested minimum donation of $7.50. Parking is available in the lot behind the church.

Attendees will be invited to present a song, new or old, or ask that all
sing a song of their choice. Listeners are welcome. Cell phones will be allowed for reading lyrics. Lyric sheets for classic songs will be available.

The monthly Song & Story Swap, now in its twenty-ninth year, is sponsored by
the Pioneer Valley Folklore Society of western Massachusetts. Visit the
Folklore Society website at https://pvfs.us. People of all ages gather on the first Saturday of the month to share stories and songs that are traditional, newly written, or of personal
experiences.
