For over a decade, Jeff Lee has been intensely interested in the crazy-making actions of a handful of “town leaders” who dreamed of overhauling the Jones Library come hell or high water. From the earliest days of the project, he has been investigating not-insignificant instances of mis- and missing information, data manipulation, and negligence related to this project. Earlier this month, the Town Council (with the exception of Jennifer Taub, Pam Rooney, and Ellisha Walker) essentially committed the town to potentially staggering expansion-related costs once the project has begun. Lee is deeply committed to accuracy and the common good, so it’s no wonder that he speaks truth to power.
