In-Person Voting On Tuesday, November 2
All polling sites are open from 7 a.m to 8 p.m. on Tuesday, November 2. To find out your voting site, click here. Note that, as in last November’s election, precincts 2, 4, and 10 vote at the Amherst Regional High School located at 21 Mattoon Street. (Note: the last day for early in-person voting was Friday, October 29.)

Absentee And Mail-in Ballots
The deadline for obtaining absentee and mail-in ballots has passed. All absentee and mail-in ballots must be returned to the Town Clerk’s office by 8 p.m. on November 2. Ballots may be dropped off on Monday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. or on Tuesday from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. There is also a drop box on the Main Street side of Town Hall. Ballots may be mailed to the Town Clerk at 4 Boltwood Walk, Amherst, MA 01002, but must be received by Tuesday at 8 p.m. Ballots mailed from overseas will be counted if they are received by 10 days after the election and were postmarked on or before election day.
Absentee and mail-in ballots cannot be returned to the polling sites, and once you have turned in your ballot you cannot vote in person. All absentee and mail-in ballots must be signed on line #1.
