The Amherst Human Rights Commission and the Office of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion invite the public to a musical celebration of Black History Month at the Amherst Regional Middle School auditorium, 170 Chestnut Street on Sunday, February 26. from 2:00 – 5:00 p.m. The presentation, “The Resilience of African Americans through Music.” celebrates through music, the resiliency of African Americans from 1619 to the present. The event is free and open to all. Refreshments will be served.
