Cuppa Joe with New School Superintendent E. Xiomara Herman.

Town Manager Paul Bockelman will be at the Bangs Community Center, Large Activity Room on Friday, July 12th from 8:00 to 9:30 a.m. for the next Cuppa Joe with Paul event. Paul will be joined by Dr. E. Xiomara Herman, the new Superintendent of Schools for the Amherst-Pelham Regional School District and Amherst Public Schools. Dr. Herman will be available for the first 45 minutes. We will have coffee to share.   

Herman began her duties for the District on July 1 and has been visiting with staff, students, and members of the broader community. She is eager to understand the values and needs of the community as she begins her work as Superintendent of Schools.   

The “Cuppa’ Joe with Paul” coffees are a monthly event and rotate around the town. Each time, Paul is joined by a different town department head or official. Residents and others are welcome to share their concerns, offer suggestions, or just get to know each other.
